Jacket: High intensity of polyester filament or polyester short-fiber( twill/plain ), synthetic fiber, nylon customized
Layer: Single, Double Jacket
Liner: PVC, TPU, EPDM, NBR, Nitrile/TPR etc
PVC Liner: Low cost, lightweight, flexible, ozone resistant, small coil diameter, harden at low temperature
TPU Liner: Light-weight, low friction, Resistant to UV corrosion, abrasion, and mildew,small coil diameter, long service lifetime, flexible at low temperature.
EPDM Liner: Good water, heat, aging, oil, ozone and chemical resistance. Flexible at extremely low temperatures(-40F/-40℃).
NBR Liner: very resistant to oil, fuel, chemicals and abrasion, durable and suitable for industrial environment, less flexible than TPU
Nitrile/TPR Liner: Resistant to punctures, ozone, corrosion, abrasion , mildew, oil and petrochemicals.
Coating: Nitrile rubber or blend, Polyurethane(PU) etc
