Introducing the Manufacturing Process of Nitrile Double-Sided Adhesive Hose

Nitrile Double-Sided Adhesive Hose: This double-sided adhesive hose is made primarily of nitrile rubber (NBR). It features a polyester woven layer as its skeleton, with both inner and outer layers covered in NBR.

This structure gives the hose both sufficient strength and the unique properties of NBR. It exhibits excellent oil and chemical resistance, resisting the erosion of various chemicals. It also possesses excellent abrasion resistance, aging resistance, and UV resistance, making it resistant to rapid damage from prolonged use or exposure to outdoor environments.

Standard hose colors are red, yellow, or black; other colors can be customized. Nitrile double-sided adhesive hoses are primarily used in oil fields and chemical plants to transport petrochemical products; they can also be used for replenishing and refueling ships and vessels; furthermore, they have applications in firefighting, adapting to complex fire scene environments.

Single-sided vulcanization

Using the polyester woven layer as a skeleton, it undergoes its first single-sided vulcanization. After vulcanization, it is flipped over, inspected by the quality department, and awaits vulcanization of the other side.

Secondary finished product vulcanization

The second vulcanization process, also known as finished product vulcanization, completes the production of nitrile double-sided adhesive tape. After quality inspection by the quality department, it will be transferred to the finished product area to await printing or packaging according to other requirements, ready for shipment.
